Kindreds- People who get together in a local area may form a kindred. A kindred is clan. It requires at least 3 people and their mates (husband, wife, etc.). A kindred must also have an ethnicity (Hraftzer) and be subjected to national allegiance (participate in the global network of ehtnic Hrafnars if it is an emerging Hrafnar group). The idea of the Kindred is to function as clans did in the past or in the way local churchs often function today- people should meet with each other at least once a week and engage in community and family oriented activities in order to remain in good standing. These Kindreds must meet once a year in "national" meetings in order to remain in good standing with the global organization.

Kindreds have a goal to create "a people" that will extend far into the future as a living community of people who are ethnically distinct and preserve their people. Hraftzer kindreds are dedicated to Hraftzer cultural and ethnic preservation.

Hofs- these are temples of worship and are open to all people and ethnicities in the local community. They are rooted in the local community's needs and Hraftzer culture. Often Kindreds will open a public hof that also services the local area, so they have a place to conduct meetings though many Kindred meetings occur in natural tree groves and other natural places. This is very similar to a christian "church" and involves a physical building or rented meeting place.

Lodges- Secular groups dedicated to business, intellectual or other activities. Often focused on increasing the power of the members i.e. political power, wealth, knowledge, social status etc. Generally lodges do not probe into the personal lives of members nor have a family basis. Lodges can be ethnic based (only allowing membership of those who fit ethnic Hrafnar criteria) or non-ethnic based.

All of these are local networks that require regular physical attendance. They are not "online" meeting groups. Online groups are part of "global" networks which are typically set up similar to a lodge organization.

Local Network Definitions Empty Re: Local Network Definitions

There are two kinds of people: those who need to be told what to do, either because they aren't smart enough to figure things out on their own, and/or they lack a strong will and there are leaders.

Most people are sheeple. They need to be told what to do. They need to go to a job and work for someone else. Some are slightly better and actually capable of education, but still largely rely on what they are told and follow patterns already made out for them. Then there are people that can think and problem solve- this is Greek reason. Leadership ability is at the cornerstone of Hraftzer culture and ethno-genesis, we call it the formation of a Master Race. Does this mean we enslave others? No. It means we are masters over ourselves, in control of our own environments- it means we are problem solvers and leaders. You can't be the master of someone else if you are not in control of yourself first. As for slaves- people make themselves slaves by being weak. No amount of force can enslave someone with a strong will. He will die first. Though adaptability and change is also a virtue, survival matters too... life is constant struggle...

In order to form a successful net-work all members of the group should have some measure of leadership ability (look almost everyone falls somewhere in between the two extremes). If people need to be told what to do and can't problem solve then they should be working for someone else and realize that their personality and lack of intelligence prevents them from realistically every achieving true wealth or power. Most people though are highly influenced by their culture and upbringing.

In a book about "secretes of Jewish wealth" I read that Jews are raised to question and debate philosophy (much like the Classical Greeks) and Christians are raised to blindly believe, follow and not question. This alone influences Christians to grow up to be irrational losers and Jews to be wealthy leaders. So we can't blame all this on genes. You need to change the way you think and view the world in order to be successful.

Once these networks are together then you can all pool your collective resources for social and financial gain. You can each protect each other and have each other's back (look we all live in a hostile world whether we want to admit it or not), and you can use each other's talents to increase your own power as well as draw on the experiences and knowledge of other competent human beings! The net-work is a brotherhood which empowers the very souls of everyone involved. People without networks are weak and powerless and if they are successful in life- it is largely by luck or some extra-ordinary circumstances. Even those who may not think they are part of a "net-work" but who are successful must have had a lot of healthy family support and so on. Not all of us have this. Many of us need to build networks.

This is traditionally why many people go to Christian churches, so people can help each other. Unfortunately those of us with half a brain cell cannot stand the manipulation and the constant attempts to enslave our minds and bodies that occur inside a Christian church. So this is not a new concept- just a more effective strategy at reaching the same end goals!
